Energy Healing - What to Expect
Who can benefit from Energy Healing and How does it work?
When a person's life force is high, they will feel strong and confident. When it is low, they will feel weak, depressed, anxious and are more likely to get sick mentally and physically.

Essentially we are all energy! Each cell within our body has it’s own energy frequency.
Even though this knowledge has been around since time in memorial, Quantum physicist and even electrics engineers have mapped this out scientifically.
Sadly no information on the soul but plenty on our subtle energy bodies. There are many layers to our subtle energy body but the main ones we struggle with are our mental and emotional bodies. These bodies, sit around our physical form, several centimetres away and hold certain impressions or samskaras that impact our day to day life and when they remain unhealed, coupled with the stresses and pressures of day to day life we can feel physically depleted and in some cases become extremely unwell.

Within your subtle energy body lie 7 main energy centres called chakras, these govern how we process subtle information or energy from outside us and decipher should be done with it Based on our experience of life - values, ideals and beliefs, we consciously but mostly unconsciously decide where this energy should go. When we start to get sick, stressed, burned out overwhelmed, relationship issues, money issues, really any issues! These energy centres and your energy body need some help.

This is where a qualified healer can assit -
Energy healing works to enhance the energy = already within you. It activates the body's subtle energy systems and removes imbalances. High vibrational energy channeled from the hands to the client. It's a non-invasive technique that can be used for people, animals, plants, and even objects or places. It can be sent it to the past and to the future. Space and time do not matter. It can’t hurt you, only help you. Basically, it cleanses you from any stagnant, energy imbalances in your body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

For those that have booked in for a distance energy healing here are some points to help prepare you for your inward journey. ​

What to do before your session:

Relax and reflect - Before our session, take 15-30 minutes before to recognize how your body and mind are feeling. Acknowledge your emotions, thoughts or physical reactions. If you meditate, now would be a good time to envision the session and visualize receiving energy and love.

Eat and hydrate - Make sure you have eaten and are keeping hydrated prior to your session. It is essential for your comfort and focus levels. If you are hungry or thirsty, you will be uncomfortable and unable to focus fully on the healing. Avoid eating a heavy meal, otherwise your body will be using all its energy to digest rather than directing it at the healing.

Be comfortable - Wear comfy clothes to your session. It is suggested that you be lying down or sitting in a chair for the session, so comfort is important. If doing a distance healing via video chat, maybe get some relaxing music ready to play right before the session starts. Also, don’t forget to use the restroom prior to the session.

What to expect during the session..

We'll connect via zoom and first start with a small consult so I can understand what's happening for you and where to focus throughout the session.

After the coaching session/brief consult, I will guide you into a meditative state leading us into the energy healing part of the session.
​

During the healing make sure you're in a comfortable place to rest, meditate or sleep. The more relaxed you are during your session the more open and receptive you are, which makes it easier for the high vibe energies to come through to your body, mind and spirit.

We will remain on the call together in silence via zoom for the duration of the healing. I will be in a meditative state but consciously administering the healing.

When you click on the link this will automatically prompt you to download the zoom app.

Go through the prompts to download it and then wait for me to join you on the call.

Please be on time. I will wait only 5min, otherwise we'll need to reschedule.

After the Healing

After the healing is completed I'll guide you back into a conscious state with my words, giving you plenty of time to collect yourself.

When you’re ready, I will then share with you what came through during the healing. Please keep a note pad and pen handy as you may want to jot down some notes. ​​

What to do after your session
For some this can be like a “Spiritual Detox.” I like to give the comparison of starting a diet or even kicking a habit. All of that stuck energy that previously resided in your body has now been flushed out. Everyone’s body will react to this in many different ways. You may feel sensations, certain emotions, or even a little under the weather. Some people feel nothing at all and most great! Just know that any of these feelings are normal and will pass.
It is suggested to not drink alcohol, smoke, or even eat high sugary, or fried foods after. All of these things will put your body in a more acidic state and hinder the full potential of the healing process. Please drink plenty of water to hydrate your body as your body’s energy system may be moving at a more optimum rate. Water and healthy food is highly important. It is also beneficial to spend some quiet time after to journal or reflect as you may have some insights and further mental clarity as your body continues to process the Energy session.
