In these 90-120 minute sessions, I’m doing distant energy healing for each one of these energy centres within your body, your inner child, receiving messages from your guides and angels, as well as focusing on 2 major shifts you’d like to make in your life. I read and decode what is going on within each energy centre as they each tell a story about you and need different things to help you heal and move forward in your life.

The most important part is your sankalpa or intention. Having a clear sankalpa helps us work together in synergy during both the healing and psychic reading. When you Please add this to the comments section of your booking.

After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details as well as a zoom link to connect on the day.

On the day...

We'll connect via zoom for a brief intro and for you to go over your sankalpa/intention

Find a comfortable place to rest, meditate or sleep. The more relaxed you are during your session the more open and receptive you are, which makes it easier for me to serve, guide and heal.

We will remain on the call together in silence via zoom. You lying down and me relaxing and me, physically in a meditative position but consciously in the subtle realm administering the healing and reading.

After the Healing

After the healing is completed i'll start communicating to come back to the room as well as ringing a bell signaling for you to sit up when you’re ready.

Once you’ve come back to the call, I will then share with you what came through during the healing. Please keep a note pad and pen handy as you may want to jot down some notes.

Have a pen and paper handy or even a recorder if you wish, ready for the sharing section.
