Our tribal/ first/ muladhara chakra governs the patterns we receive from our care givers during ages 0-7 of our journey. If this part of our lives didn't feel stable and secure for us, we're going to bring those insecurities into our adult self through โ€ข Trauma response โ€ข Anxiety โ€ข Agitation โ€ข Depressionโ€ข Overall feeling mental and emotional instability and insecurity. โ€‹ Here are some signs your first chakra needs healing -

  • Find it hard to let others in and build meaningful connections

  • Fear of being abandoned or alone

  • Need to have everything โ€˜perfectโ€™ to feel safe within

  • Chronic lower back pain, autoimmune/anything related to the immune system

  • Canโ€™t stand up for yourself or voice your basic needs

  • Canโ€™t ground or find physical stability/order

  • Ancestral/Tribal belief patterns that no longer align with your own personal beliefs

These challenges can come up for all of us at different times in our lives but if left unhealed it can stop us from creating a real depth of connection with ourselves, others and in general not be able to function within our day to day reality as well as our spiritual growth journey.

"The way in which our primary care givers behave creates the ethical standards we live by and then give on to the next generation." -Caroline Myss- โ€‹ Stay tuned and I'll share how you can easily bring healing to your first chakra. โ€‹
