My work bridges embodied spiritual practice with therapy-informed emotional and relational healing.
Drawing from my background as a former monk alongside trauma-informed training and ongoing psychotherapy education, I offer grounded online sessions supporting clients across Australia and internationally.

Empath Coaching sessions provide a grounded, supportive space to explore what is unfolding mentally and emotionally — including relationship challenges, anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, life transitions, and questions of purpose or direction.

ABOUT LALITA
I bring together spiritual practice and therapy-informed emotional work to support empaths and highly sensitive people in healing relationship patterns, reconnecting with themselves, and building a life grounded in self-trust.
My approach integrates attachment-based understanding, somatic and emotional processing, and relational healing — alongside the depth of presence, compassion, and insight shaped through years of monastic life.
Living and training as a monk within international ashram communities gave me a direct experience of inner discipline, devotion, and working closely with people from all walks of life. Over time, I came to understand that while spiritual practice offers meaning and direction, it does not replace the need for emotional healing.
My work now sits at the meeting point of spirituality and psychology — supporting clients to gently explore anxiety, trauma responses, and patterns of overgiving, and to work with these experiences in a grounded, compassionate, and sustainable way.
Having lived these patterns myself, it feels both natural and meaningful to offer others a space where they can understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.
